ROBERT BOYLES EARLY LIFE
Robert Boyle was born in Lismore Castle, Ireland on January 25, in 1627. Robert's nationality was Anglo-Irish. Robert was the seventh child of 14 to the Earl of Cork. At the age of eight he mastered the lanuages of French, Latin and entered Eton. Eton is a British independent boarding school for boys ages 13 to 18.
Eton was only availiable for those who were at the top of their classes academically. Robert studied at Eaton then he spent many years with a tutor on the continent, mainly in Switzerland.
